Refund policy

CrochetFlow.shop sells digital crochet patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Digital products are non-returnable

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the download has been accessed or delivered.

All digital product sales are normally final.

When a refund may be issued

A refund or replacement may be provided only when one of the following applies:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The file supplied by CrochetFlow.shop is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You did not receive access to the purchased file because of a technical error on our side.
  • You received the wrong digital file and we are unable to provide the correct one.
  • The product was materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.

A change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of required crochet skills, incompatibility caused by unsupported personal software, or failure to read the product description does not qualify for a refund.

How to request support or a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • A description of the problem
  • Screenshots or supporting information, when relevant

We normally respond within 24–48 hours.

Resolution process

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • Resending the download link
  • Replacing the damaged or incorrect file
  • Providing reasonable instructions for opening the PDF
  • Supplying another compatible copy when available

When the issue cannot be resolved and qualifies under this policy, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are normally submitted within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

No physical returns

Since all products are digital downloads, there is no physical item to mail back and no return shipping address is required.
